What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a highly skilled Data Manager to join our school community and support our students to make excellent progress.
As the School Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the school’s data systems. You will ensure the accuracy and security of data, support staff in data-related tasks, and help to improve overall data management processes.
Working hours are flexible, by negotiation, and may include hybrid remote / school based working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
School systems management.
Assessment, reporting and target Setting.
Performance analysis data support.
Completing external data returns.
Supporting Colleagues, and other Stakeholders with key data tasks.

The ideal candidate will have an Honours Degree relating to Statistics, IT, Maths or a Higher Education Degree in Data Analysis, and a strong understanding of data management principles. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
