We are looking for a colleague with exceptional data and administrative skills to support our Associate Assistant Principal (Data and Assessment). This will include collecting, administering, managing and maintaining whole school data and supporting processes including reporting, the management of cover, UCAS entries, timetabling, and statutory returns.
The successful candidate will have strong skills in Excel. Experience of using an MIS system in school will be desirable, although training can be provided.
Person Specification
Key Accountabilities
Support with the administration of the school MIS System - currently SIMs - e.g. inputting timetable changes, running reports etc
Support from 8 am each morning with the administration of ‘Cover’ across the school, when teaching colleagues are absent - this is administered at AGS through our MIS
Support with the collection and analysis of student performance data in line with the school assessment calendar and the production of associated pupil progress reports
The administration/inputting of UCAS references
Provide assistance with the construction and maintenance of the annual school timetable
Keep accurate records to facilitate the completion of accurate statutory returns
Use external systems to ensure clear and informed reporting to stakeholders
