School Receptionist/Administrator job summary

Are you motivated, enthusiastic, organised, possess good communication skills and would enjoy working in a very busy school office?

Due to internal promotion, Arrow Vale are looking to appoint a School Receptionist/Administrator. We require a friendly, professional, hardworking individual whose role will include;

Reception duties, answering routine telephone calls, face-to-face enquiries and signing in visitors

Provide clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, e-mailing

Maintain manual and computerised records/ management information systems

The successful candidate will have exceptional ICT skills together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines while remaining composed under pressure. Experience of working in a busy reception area, especially within the school sector is desirable but not essential.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
