Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead / Family Liaison Officer job summary
We are seeking a compassionate, proactive and experienced Family Liaison Officer (FLO) / Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL). This vital role is central to our commitment to supporting students and families, promoting well-being and ensuring every young person feels safe, heard and understood.
As a FLO and DDSL, you will build strong, trusting relationships with families, act as a key link between home and school, and work closely with external agencies to safeguard students. You will also support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in managing referrals, developing safeguarding strategies and upholding our high standard of care and protection.
