What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal role which supports the safeguarding team in ensuring that all students, especially those in vulnerable groups are protected, supported and able to thrive in a safe and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will ensure our safeguarding practice meets the highest standards. This role will require working closely with pupils, families’ colleagues, and external agencies. helping to maintain a strong culture of vigilance and care across the school community. This role requires a strong understanding of child protection procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating an environment where all children can thrive.
