Hours: FTE - 1.0

Salary: Leadership 6 -11

This is an exciting opportunity to develop experience of senior leadership working as a Deputy Headteacher of our friendly 3 form entry infant school.
This role provides the chance to lead on developing the curriculum, alongside the management of key areas of school life in order to to progress your experience further. You will be a strong role model for the school and will take on the Headteacher’s duties in their absence as and when required.
Our ideal candidate:

Is an excellent classroom practitioner
Has line management experience including the development of staff and delivering
training
Has an understanding of how to engage and motivate all children
Has experience of managing and using pupil attainment and tracking data
Has a “can do” positive attitude towards innovation and change

Closing date: Friday 27h November at 12:00
Shortlisting will take place week beginning 30th November
Interviews will be held at the school, week commencing 7th December

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
