We are seeking to appoint two inspirational Deputy Head Teachers to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate drive and passion for ensuring that all children achieve their full potential, combined with strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
We have a positive, nurturing ethos and we are very proud of our school community. Blakesley Hall Primary supports a broad range of pupils and has a resource base for children with Autism and language and communication difficulties. Our setting is culturally diverse with a large number of languages spoken. We have a reputation for supporting children with a range of complex special educational needs and disabilities, as well as support for families who may have additional challenges in their lives.
The successful applicant will have:
· Substantial leadership experience in senior roles within schools, managing teams of people effectively, and supporting staff to deliver high quality curriculum content and outcomes.
· Experience in teaching and leading across the primary age range
· Led a core curriculum subject across the whole school or Key Stage.
· A willingness to continually develop their skills with a desire for future headship
· Evidence of continuing professional development.
· Substantial experience in successfully managing initiatives relevant to the role, as set out in the job description and person specification
The successful candidate will be expected to take up the appointment at the beginning of the spring term.
