Deputy Head Teacher job summary

As a large and highly successful mixed 11-18 academy with a long tradition of academic excellence and a strong, values‑driven culture, we are looking for someone who can make a significant strategic contribution to our continued development.

This role will appeal to an experienced Assistant Head Teacher with a sustained record of whole‑school impact across multiple areas of school improvement, or to a serving Deputy Head Teacher seeking a new challenge in a vibrant, ambitious setting where their expertise will be valued and their leadership influence will be far‑reaching.
