What skills and experience we're looking for
Earlsfield is a popular primary school in South West London. We wish to appoint an inspirational practitioner to the post of Deputy Headteacher. We offer an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in a school with a strong team ethos, motivated children and supportive parents.
Our new Deputy Headteacher will:
- be an excellent teacher and strategic leader with a proven record of raising achievement across a whole school
- have a passion for children’s learning and development as well as their emotional needs and wellbeing
- be able to accept challenges, inspire and motivate others
- be strategic, resourceful, innovative and able to embrace change
- be able to continue to develop the quality of teaching and assessment
- play a central role in shaping and evaluating our ambitious curriculum and ensuring high-quality teaching across the school
