What skills and experience we're looking for

Earlsfield is a popular primary school in South West London. We wish to appoint an inspirational practitioner to the post of Deputy Headteacher. We offer an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in a school with a strong team ethos, motivated children and supportive parents.

Our new Deputy Headteacher will:

  • be an excellent teacher and strategic leader with a proven record of raising achievement across a whole school
  • have a passion for children’s learning and development as well as their emotional needs and wellbeing

  • be strategic, resourceful, innovative and able to embrace change
  • be able to continue to develop the quality of teaching and assessment
  • play a central role in shaping and evaluating our ambitious curriculum and ensuring high-quality teaching across the school
