As our new Deputy Head Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on pupils’ progress, outcomes, and overall school experience. This role is perfect for an ambitious, dynamic leader who is passionate about shaping a vibrant, forward‑thinking learning environment.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will:
Support the strategic leadership of the school and step into the Headteacher role when required
Drive exceptional teaching and learning across all phases, inspiring colleagues to deliver high‑quality practice
Lead staff development, coaching and performance management to nurture a skilled, motivated workforce
Lead curriculum, teaching and learning innovation
Oversee safeguarding, pupil premium, behaviour, attendance and pupil welfare, ensuring every child thrives
Manage essential operational functions including timetabling, staff cover and improvement planning
Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider community to enhance our school’s vision

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
