What skills and experience we're looking for
- At least 3 years teaching experience of FS/KS1 aged children
- Excellent classroom practitioner
- Experience of leading staff development initiatives
- Successful leadership and management experience in school
- Experience of liaison with parents and the community
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop an effective team
- Approachable and demonstrates care for members of the team
- Good organisational abilities
- Ability to work to agreed targets
- The ability to lead parent/carer meetings and assemblies
