What skills and experience we're looking for
Following the promotion of the previous post holder, we are looking for an outstanding, energetic and highly intelligent leader who has already enjoyed considerable success as a subject leader, to form a key part of our leadership team.
We are seeking to appoint an excellent practitioner who:
- has the ability to contribute and develop the vision of our Church of England school alongside our Headteacher.
- is an outstanding Christian leader who has enthusiasm for teaching and learning
- has the ability to lead and model a culture and ethos of support and challenge where all members of the learning community take responsibility for their own learning and are successful.
- has a commitment to school to school support and the raising of standards and achievement.
- is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- has a proven track record of raising standards and leading school improvement
- has outstanding classroom practice who leads by example.
- has the ability to lead, manage and inspire children, colleague, parents and support our compassionate ethos.
