Deputy Headteacher job summary

We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Head and believe this is an amazing opportunity for someone who is ready to bring their leadership experience to our growing school. We are open minded about your experience – as well as being an outstanding teacher you may be a strong lead in teaching & learning, have a deep knowledge of special and additional educational needs or be a subject specialist.

A positive attitude is a must with a flexible, dynamic approach to working with all of our school community. It will be your job to light the spark and enthuse all around you to work hard to achieve every child’s full potential. We believe that children achieve their learning potential when their social and emotional needs are being met and we work very closely with parents and carers, the local authority, social services and other agencies to provide an educational and social environment in which our pupils can flourish.
