What skills and experience we're looking for
As deputy headteacher at Brompton Hall School you will have SEMH experience, be passionate about making a difference to maximise the educational and social opportunities available for pupils with EHCPs.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Qualified Teacher Status combined with a degree (or equivalent).
- Successful school leadership and management experience.
- Responsibility for developing, monitoring, and evaluating areas of the curriculum.
- Experience in a specialist education environment
