What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an inspirational school leader who:
- is resilient and approachable being able to challenge, be challenged, inspire and support staff and pupils
- can lead on inclusion across a primary school setting and has a track record of school wide impact in this area
- shares our inclusive values and has the passion and creativity to help every pupil achieve more than they previously thought possible
- has a track record and experience in supporting and improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils
- has a deep understanding of transition work between nurseries into primary school, as well as onwards towards secondary school
- will maintain and extend links with parents, carers, partner schools, outside agencies and the wider community to improve outcomes for all our pupils
- has the ability to lead on whole school staff professional development to support the school’s strategic vision
- has experience and understanding of operating alongside external networks and support systems for the best interests of every pupil
- is capable of writing reports to governors, staff and parents.
