You are an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in raising standards and leading inclusive practices. You do not need to know BSL to apply, but you must share our passion for deaf education and demonstrate a firm commitment to learning BSL.

You will bring:
Proven management and leadership experience in a primary setting.
Extensive experience in leading inclusion, SEND, and vulnerable pupil cohorts.
Strong operational skills to manage day-to-day school life
A proactive, reflective commitment to driving anti-discriminatory practice—continuously reflecting on your own practice, challenging bias, and ensuring our curriculum meaningfully reflects and celebrates the diverse world our children live in.
High expectations for all learners, with the drive to close achievement gaps.
Outstanding communication skills to engage our diverse families across two campuses.
