What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and highly effective Deputy Headteacher to join our strong senior leadership team. The role will involve leading people, provision, and systems across multiple campuses: the exact responsibilities will be determined with the successful candidate. You will be confident to lead the learning and progress of all students and the continuing professional development of all staff; you will be highly skilled at working in partnership with families and other professionals; and you will relish taking a lead role in our upcoming Ofsted inspection.
