  • Is forward thinking and adaptable
  • Has a passion for inclusive practice to improve outcomes for all pupils
  • Is a resilient individual and a positive role model for both staff and pupils
  • Is supportive and committed to mentoring and coaching our staff team

Oakwood is a popular, Ofsted outstanding, 1.5 form entry primary school in a leafy, residential area of St Albans. We have beautiful, spacious grounds with well-equipped outdoor learning areas, garden and sports facilities, to enable children to really benefit from our outdoor space.
