As a key member of our ambitious Senior Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering a vision for exceptional classroom practice across the school. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of securing school improvement, raising standards through high-quality teaching, and developing others to achieve their very best. If you are an accomplished senior leader ready to make a lasting impact, and are excited by the opportunity to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking Trust that invests heavily in leadership development and staff wellbeing, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Since joining the Middlesex Learning Trust in September 2021, Stopsley High School has undergone a significant period of transformation and improvement. The school has benefited from strong collaboration across the Trust, access to high-quality professional development, and opportunities to share and develop best practice with colleagues across partner schools.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection in June 2026 highlighted the strength of our inclusive culture, personal development programme, pastoral care, safeguarding arrangements and leadership. Pupils described the school as a place where they feel safe, supported and valued, and where ambitions are encouraged through the school's core values of Ambition, Endeavour and Success.
At Stopsley High School, we are committed to providing an exceptional learning environment for both students and staff. As part of the Middlesex Learning Trust, colleagues benefit from a wide range of professional and personal development opportunities, including:
