  • Successful experience in a leadership and management roleAbility to deliver high quality teaching and model good practice to others, using a range of teaching and learning strategies to ensure positive outcomes for pupils.
  • Ability to inspire, lead and work collaboratively with others within the school and with external partners including other schools, the Diocese, the LA, external providers and other professionals.
  • Experience of successfully leading, managing and developing staff in order to raise standards throughout the school.
