What skills and experience we're looking for
We are excited to share this opportunity we have for an experienced teacher, who is developing their leadership experience whilst aspiring to be a head teacher, to join Wembdon St George’s Church School, Bridgwater. The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher on a permanent contract from September 2024.

- A colleague who has a track record of positive professional relationships and effectively leading others to have impact on school improvement.
- A colleague with experience of effective teaching across the primary age range.
