What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a Deputy Headteacher from September 2024 who has a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and school leadership. The successful candidate will flourish in an environment where they can work as a member of a supportive team and also deputise for the Headteacher.
The role will have a teaching commitment in a Key Stage 2 class.
They will be forward thinking, highly motivated and inspirational for both staff and children alike. They will be enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful in their approach to assisting the development of the school and its staff. They will demonstrate a commitment to, and a genuine interest in, the pastoral and educational welfare of the school. A commitment to professional development and desire to support our staff to be their very best.
Visits to the school are strongly encouraged.
