Deputy Nursery Manager job summary

The successful candidate will have:
Strong team skills - be able to follow directions, use initiative and communicate clearly

Secure knowledge of young children’s development and the EYFS Framework.
Compassion, and dedication to an inclusive ethos, with a strong record of engaging parents, children and staff.
High expectations of pupil’s achievement and behaviour.
Enthusiasm for working in partnership with parents, Governors, and the wider community.
Full and relevant qualification equivalent to CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years
Experience working with and supporting SEN children.
