We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy SENCO to join our thriving Inclusion Team at Danetree Primary School.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with colleagues, families and external agencies to support pupils with additional needs, helping to raise achievement and ensure that all learners can flourish both academically and personally.

Your Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy SENCo to join our Inclusion Team, reporting to the the SENCo/Assistant Headteacher. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education and play a key role in promoting the school's vision, values and high expectations for every child. You will be a positive, proactive professional who is dedicated to creating an environment where all pupils feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed.

The Details

Start Date: 1stOctober 2026

Salary: Specialist 1 £27,061 FTE

Actual Salary: £25,867.13

Hours: 40hrs a week - Monday to Friday - 8am - 4.30pm (39 weeks incl. INSET) 

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: Wednesday 29th July at 9.30am

Interview Date: TBC
