Of particular note is the success of the First Tech Challenge robotics group and the thriving STEM work that is carried out across the school in which the Design Technology department plays an integral role. The newly appointed Head of Department will need to demonstrate their own passion and enthusiasm for the discipline at all key stages as well as demonstrate highly effective curriculum leadership aptitude and qualities.
