You will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of our academies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high standards. You will ensure that every learner, regardless of their individual challenges, has the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be adept at driving change, implementing innovative teaching and learning strategies, and leading school improvement initiatives.
