Safeguarding and Attendance
Keys Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Head of Safeguarding and Attendance to have strategic oversight and responsibility for effective Safeguarding and Attendance practices and policies across the Trust. If you are an ambitious leader who thrives on collaboration and is committed to improving the lives of children and young people, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders to strengthen practice, ensure statutory compliance, and drive continuous improvement, helping every child to feel safe and supported to reach their full potential.
Salary will be paid at L19 £80,657 - L23 £88,952 - pay award pending (dependent on experience)
Role: Permanent, Full Time, 52 Weeks
Location: Trust Head Office with significant time in schools
Start Date: January 2027 or earlier by discussion.
