What skills and experience we're looking for

If you are confident and a good communicator with excellent organisational skills, and enjoy working with young people, you could make an excellent Director of Inclusion. The successful candidate with ensure that key students have their curriculum needs met by identifying gaps in learning and providing opportunities to close those gaps. You will also ensure that interventions related to Social, Emotional and Mental Health are specific and that work done by your colleagues, in these areas, are student specific.

What the school offers its staff

£33,514 - £35,175 p.a. for 37 hours per week over 40 weeks of the year (£37,336 - £39,186 p.a., pro-rata)

This includes access to a 24 hour Doctor line, emotional support and counselling, financial advice and debt counselling and specialist information on a wide range of work-life issues. You will also have access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
