The Role

As Director of Sixth Form, you will lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering an outstanding post-16 experience. You will champion high expectations, foster a culture of excellence, and shape the future of our students through innovative and forward-thinking leadership.

You will be responsible for:

  • Inspiring Futures – Providing a launchpad for ambition, ensuring all students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their chosen pathways.
  • Achieving Excellence – Creating a rigorous academic culture where every lesson counts and students are supported to achieve their personal best.
  • Building Community – Cultivating a strong sense of belonging, inclusivity, and leadership, ensuring that students leave as well-rounded, responsible global citizens.
