What skills and experience we're looking for

Benfield Sports Centre is seeking to appoint a Duty Manager who can inspire and lead their team and ensure the smooth running of the sports centre’s activities.

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the sports centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for our customers. We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has experience of working in an operational, customer focussed role in a leisure facility.
  • Experience in supervising and managing staff.
  • Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Has knowledge of Health and Safety and Safeguarding within the leisure environment.

Benfield Sports Centre have their own team of staff who run the centre enabling thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.
