• Are able to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Are committed to high standards and achieving strong pupil outcomes atNorthbury Primary and within the wider community.
• Are highly organised, flexible, and have strong communication skills,both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Develop effective relationships with parents, carers and the community.
