Early help and Student Wellbeing Lead job summary

This position can either be a full-time or part-time role.


PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To support the wellbeing, personal development, and safeguarding of students across the academy by delivering early intervention, coordinating support for families, and promoting positive mental health. This role focuses on preventing escalation of issues and ensuring all students have the support they need to thrive.
