Early Years Apprentice Level 3 job summary

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join our growing nursery team as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, collaborative environment while working towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

As part of our team, you will play an active role in supporting the learning, development, and care of our children aged 2-5, while learning from experienced practitioners and contributing to a high-quality early year’s provision.

Essential Requirements

  • A year or more experience of working within an Early Years setting and/or
  • A Level 2 Early Years qualification with relevant experience
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to a collaborative environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to completing the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

  • Support children’s learning, play, and development in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities
  • Work closely with colleagues as part of a team-focused approach to ensure high-quality provision
