- Actual salary £15,840 per annum (£22,714 full time equivalent)
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Must obtain a Level 3 qualification
- Experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage (preferably within Nursery).
- Someone who will work well as part of a team, collaborating with two other Nursery Practitioners.
- Some who must be organised and have the confidence to plan and prepare highly effective learning opportunities for children of all abilities.
- Being independent and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Ability to organise own work and that of others, identify priorities and meet outcomes
- Lead by example, demonstrating high levels of drive, enthusiasm and passion with proven ability to motivate others
- Excellent written communication with ability to produce and evaluate reports
- Up to date knowledge of the current EYFS framework and other relevant regulations
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children
