Early Years Assistant job summary

If you are enthusiastic, hard- working and have a desire to make a difference to the lives of the children and families you will be working with, then you would be ideal to join a team of dedicated, forward thinking individuals. We invest in professional development for staff at all levels and are well supported by our Academy Trust schools. We are looking for creative and committed Early Years Assistants to work, predominantly, within our early years’ team but who will also be able to work within Key Stage 1 if necessary. The successful candidates must have NVQ Level 3 Childcare or an equivalent qualification that is relevant to the role. A paediatric first aid qualification is also desirable.
