What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our nursery team, playing an important role in supporting the growth and development of our youngest children.
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
Enjoy working as part of a team
Assist in delivering creative and stimulating learning activities for nursery-aged children (2 - 3 years old)
Support children’s development across physical, social and emotional areas
Work closely with staff, parents and carers to meet individual needs
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment that encourages learning
Contribute to observations and planning, including for children with special educational needs
The ideal candidate:
Will hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) or equivalent)
May have some experience working in an early years setting.
Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
Is enthusiastic and eager to support children’s development through play and learning
Is caring, reliable and committed to providing the best start for young learners
Has good communication and teamwork skills, working well as part of a team
Has a Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete)

Parkfield is a two form entry Primary Academy in North West London. 94% of the children speak more than one language and between them they can speak over 50.
