Early Years Leader job summary
Knights Templar Community Church School has an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Leader to join their team from September 2022.
We are looking for someone who will:
• Provide an example of ‘excellence’ as a leading classroom practitioner and inspire and motivate other staff in all areas of the EYFS curriculum
• Work within the Senior Leadership Team to sustain high expectations and excellent practice in teaching and learning throughout the school;
• Be an excellent role model, exemplifying a high standard of teaching and promoting high expectations for all members of the school community
• Provide a safe, calm and well-ordered environment for all pupils and staff, focused on safeguarding pupils and developing exemplary behaviour.
