Are you flexible, patient, caring and confident with children?
The children in Year R at Mytchett Primary and Nursery Academy are looking for a fabulous LSA to join their class. You will be encouraging, patient and friendly with a smiley face. As their LSA, you will enjoy supporting the children with all aspects of their learning, encouraging them to think hard and challenge themselves, as they learn through their play and in more structured activities such as phonics. With a positive, can do attitude, you will model the attributes of resilience, the foundations of which are built in the Early Years.
Just like the rest of our staff team, you will be a supportive, enthusiastic and motivated team member, with excellent organisational skills.
NVQ 3 or above in Childcare and Education is essential. Recent experience of working in Year R or KS1 is also essential.
The successful applicant will work under the guidance of the Early Years Leader.
Salary: Kite Academy Pay scale, Tier 2 £18,147 - £22,145 FTE (£13,428 - £16,386 pro-rata) depending on experience.
