What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Early Years Support Assistant who is passionate about helping young children learn, develop and thrive.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with children in an Early Years, nursery or school setting and will be able to build positive and trusting relationships with children.

You should be able to support children's learning through play and practical activities, encourage independence and confidence, and work effectively as part of a team. A flexible and nurturing approach, good communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children are essential.
