What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a good working knowledge and experience of working with young children.
- Has a level 3 childcare qualification
- Has the ability to work as part of a team, building positive relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and visitors to the school.
- Has resilience and a positive mindset.
- Can be flexible, working in two different EYFS classes.
- Is ambitious for all children regardless of their prior life experiences.
- Is punctual, reliable and dedicated to the role.
