What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children to learn, develop and thrive.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children in an Early Years or school setting and will be able to build positive relationships with children, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing through play and practical activities.

You will need to be patient, nurturing and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and support children with a range of needs. A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and a commitment to safeguarding children are essential.

We welcome applications from ECTs and candidates who are looking to develop their experience within a supportive EYFS team.
