An Exciting Opportunity to join our passionate nursery team
We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated early years team. We are looking for a teacher who understands that inclusion begins in the earliest years, who is curious about children's individual needs and who can adapt the environment, curriculum and their practice so that every child can participate, belong and succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for our young learners.
Teacher with either QTS or EYTS considered. Term time only application may be considered for the right candidate.
About our Setting
Oakley Nursery is a unique setting. As an all-year-round nursery for children aged 6 months to 5 years, we provide excellent care and education during the most important years of a child's development. Nestled within the grounds of Oakley School and fully integrated into the wider school community, our nursery offers a rare opportunity to work as part of an innovative all-through educational journey.
Oakley School is a growing all-through school situated on the edge of South Leamington Spa in Warwickshire. We welcomed our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023, our first Reception cohort in September 2024, and proudly opened Oakley Nursery in December 2024.
Our vision is simple yet ambitious: children join us from their very first steps in education and continue to grow, develop and thrive throughout their school journey at Oakley. We are committed to providing a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is valued and supported to achieve their full potential.
Following the school’s very first Ofsted inspection in June 2026, we were delighted to achieve the 'Strong Standard' judgement in both Early Years and Personal Development. This reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality education and care for every child.
We are now seeking an excellent Early Years teacher who shares our vision and is motivated to help shape what excellent Preschool practice looks like as our nursery and school continue to grow.
Visits to our nursery and school are strongly encouraged. We would be delighted to show you around our wonderful setting and discuss the role in more detail. Please contact the Nursery office to arrange a convenient time with a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
We are part of Stowe Valley MAT, which is led by Southam College. This has further enhanced our ability to offer inspirational and supportive leadership and CPD for all of our staff.
All applications are via our online platform and can be found on the Vacancies section of the Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust website www.stowevalleymat.com.
Please note that strong applications may be considered upon receipt.
The school is an Equal Opportunities employer and is committed to safeguarding and
