Early Years / Teaching Assistant Apprentices job summary
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join us in delivering an efficient and effective service to the children and parents in our community. The successful candidate will be hard-working, well-organised and committed to working as part of a team.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an ability to organise and prioritise and be passionate about expanding their knowledge of the Early Years/Primary Curriculum.
The ideal candidates need to be packed with enthusiasm, a good team player, think outside the box, and above all, absolutely love working with children.

Elm Academy is a primary school situated in Bournemouth; it provides education to mainstream nursery/primary pupils aged from 3-11 years from West Howe and the local surrounding areas.

Hours per week: 31.25
Working weeks: Term time plus inset days
Actual Salary: £7.55 per hour (subject to age and National Minimum Wage)
