Early Years Teaching Assistant job summary

This post is 8:30am to 3:45pm on Monday and Tuesday or on Thursday and Friday. We are a school with a great reputation and a happy team. People say our school is a great place to work at. We have a rare opportunity to appoint a highly motivated person to join our successful team as an Early Years Teaching Assistant. This post would suit either someone with experience or a post-graduate who is looking for their next step.

Candidates will need to:

-Have some experience or knowledge of working with children

-Be able to communicate well with pupils, colleagues and parents

-Have patience and calmness and be proactive in dealing with challenges

-Have gained at least a grade 4 or above (or the equivalent of) in GCSE English and maths

-Have the right personality for helping our school succeed
