What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will join an established team of educational staff. They will support the
College by contributing to a wide range of learning and pastoral activities. They will devise and
deliver high-quality, student-centred support to maximise their ability to access learning and
thrive at secondary school, working closely alongside pastoral staff and the attendance team in
intervention work with students and parents/carers.

Roles vary across the site including administration, classroom support, department specific technicians, pastoral support, site staff and cleaners.
