What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and maintains high expectations for behaviour and learning

  • Plans and delivers clear, engaging lessons using explicit teaching approaches

  • Has a secure understanding of the primary curriculum and adapts teaching to meet the needs of all learners

  • Is reflective, open to feedback, and committed to ongoing professional development

  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

  • Promotes inclusion and is sensitive to the needs of pupils with SEND or those who are disadvantaged

  • Models and upholds the Catholic ethos and values of the school (you do not need to be Catholic but must be supportive of our mission)

  • Works well as part of a team and contributes to wider school life with energy and enthusiasm
