Hours: 37 per week, term time only + 10 days

Salary: NJC Scale 6 Points 18-22 (£31,537-£33,699 FTE - Pay Award Pending)

Waseley Hills High School is seeking to appoint an approachable, empathetic and resilient Educational Welfare Officer who can work with students and families to remove barriers to attending school. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills. The role includes working closely with students aged 11 to 18 , families, external agencies and the wider pastoral team to remove barriers to attending school.

All support staff are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the National Joint Council for Local Government Services (The Green Book) Document.
