  • Maintaining accurate records and generating reports to inform interventions and Academy policy.
  • Supporting early intervention strategies, including mentoring, guidance, and referrals to specialist services.
  • Promoting positive engagement by celebrating attendance successes and encouraging students to reach their full potential.

You will be at the heart of the Academy’s efforts to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of identifying issues and taking appropriate action.
  • Committed to safeguarding, with a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and child protection.

Experience working in a school or with young people is highly desirable, as is knowledge of attendance legislation, educational welfare, and strategies to promote engagement.
