What skills and experience we're looking for
The Wandsworth Hospital and Home Tuition Service (HHTS) has an exciting opportunity for an Educational Care Coordinator (ECC) to join our service.
The role would predominantly involve supporting pupils aged 11 – 17, but the successful candidate will be able to develop their expertise through working across the service as needed as part of our skilled, multi-disciplinary team.
We are looking for an outstanding, innovative, flexible and compassionate person who is willing and able to engage vulnerable children who have additional needs, in particular, Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance (EBSNA).
Please note that this is a dynamic and fast-paced environment; therefore, we are seeking a candidate who can respond quickly to regular changes in routine and workload. As a small hospital school, agile working practices are in place, and hot-desking forms a normal part of day-to-day operations.
You will be joining our creative, caring and enthusiastic team and will receive training to support you in your role and to further develop your professional expertise.
