Educational Excellence Partner (x2) job summary
Create Partnership Trust is seeking two exceptional Educational Excellence Partners to help shape and drive educational improvement across our four schools: Brookfields, Conway, Greet and Hodge Hill.
Working closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO and Headteachers, you will play a key role in developing educational strategy, strengthening teaching and learning, and building leadership capacity across the Trust. This is a unique opportunity to influence practice across multiple schools while remaining connected to the classroom and the children at the heart of our work.
We are looking for experienced educators with curriculum expertise and strengths in at least two of our priority areas: PedTech, Inclusion and Strong Foundations. You will support colleagues through coaching, mentoring, modelling best practice and fostering sustainable improvement, with a strong commitment to ensuring every child can achieve their potential.
In return, you will benefit from close collaboration with senior leaders, high-quality professional development, mentoring and coaching, and the opportunity to grow as a system leader. Most importantly, you will help create lasting positive outcomes for children, staff and school communities across our Trust.
If you are a collaborative, courageous and reflective leader who is passionate about developing others and improving educational outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
